The kitchen

Breakfast is buffet style and consists of croissants, plum cakes, fruit yogurt and white, fresh fruit, different types of cornfleaks, muesli, toast, Nutella, jams, juices, various kinds of biscuits, bread, butter, sliced ​​bread, cheese and cold meats, eggs, fresh milk, hot chocolate, coffee, milk, cappuccino, tea and herbal teas.

For half board or full board service:All meals are served in our large restaurant room. Our guests will find a rich menu with three first dishes and three main courses. Menu changes every day and always gives the choice between meat, fish or vegetarian meals. We propose a simple but tasty kitchen, with dishes of our regional and Italian tradition.

First dishes: Trofie and Lasagne with Genoise Pesto, Pasta Portofino Style, Fresh Homemade Pasta, Fresh Pansoti with genoise nut sauce, Pasta and Risotti with seafood, Genoise vegetable soup with Pesto, Genoise Ravioli with Meatsauce, Fishsoup. Main courses: Baked fish in Ligurian Style, seabream filets in a potatoes croute with mushrooms creme, Genoise stewed anchovies, grilled prawns, mixed fried fish, octopus with potatoes, salmon au gratin with aromatic herbs, aubergines casserole, beaf filet in green pepper sauce, roast pork baked with apple sauce, roastbeef

Main courses: Ligurian-style baked fish, sea bream fillets in potato crust with creamy mushroom, Bagnun anchovies, grilled shrimps, fried seafood, Octopus with potatoes, salmon au gratin with herbs, Eggplant Parmigiana, Torta Pasqualina, fillet of beef with green pepper, cima alla Genovese, roast pig baked with Apple sauce, roast beef.

Also available: a buffet of salads and side dishes, seasonal fruits and delicious desserts of the House, accompanied by wines of important local estates and the Cinque Terre.
