On arrival is the guest’s body temperature measured?
No. There is no measurement of guests’ body temperature upon arrival, even if the manager can do so, preventing access in the event of temperatures> 37.5 ° C.

Is online check-in available?
Yes, you can check in online. If interested, you can request information from our reception staff.

Do I have to observe special rules inside the hotel?
Anti-COVID defense is based on three simple basic principles:
1) use of the mask; 2) personal hygiene; 3) spacing of at least one meter. All guests will receive an anti-COVID information note upon arrival.

Is body temperature measurement expected for facility employees?
Yes, body temperature is measured for all employees every time they enter the hotel.



RESTAURANT

Is body temperature measurement required to access restaurants?
No, there is no measurement of guests’ body temperature, even if the operator is entitled to do so, preventing access in case of temperature> 37.5 ° C.

Do I have to wear a mask inside the restaurant?
Inside the restaurant, customers must wear a mask when they are not sitting at the table.

Are there disinfectant products at the entrance to the restaurant?
Yes, there are sanitizing products for customers and staff, especially at the entrance and near the toilets.

Is it possible to book the meal?
Yes, reservations are required, given that there cannot be more customers inside the room than there are seats, with the necessary distances.

How far are the tables positioned?
The tables are arranged in such a way that the seats guarantee the interpersonal distancing of at least one meter of separation between the customers, with the exception of people who, according to the current laws, are not subject to interpersonal distancing; this last aspect pertains to individual responsibility.

Do you have outdoor tables?
Yes, we have outdoor tables on our large terrace.

Is buffet consumption allowed, for example for breakfast?
Buffet consumption is not allowed.

How does the menu consultation take place?
The menus can be presented in plasticized sheets with preventive and post-use sanitisation or on disposable paper.



MASK AND GLOVES

Do I have to wear a mask during the holiday?
Guests must always use the mask when they are outside their room and always when it is not possible to guarantee the interpersonal distance of at least one meter (except for those belonging to the same family) and when not engaged in physical activity.

Do I have to wear disposable gloves while on vacation?
Wide availability and accessibility to hand hygiene systems with hydro-alcoholic solutions in various locations within the hotel is guaranteed, and frequent use by guests and staff is promoted. The use of disposable gloves is therefore not mandatory.

Should the staff inside the hotel wear a mask?
The staff is required to use the mask always when they are in the presence of guests and, however, in all circumstances in which it is not possible to guarantee the interpersonal distance of at least one meter.




ROOMS AND HOTEL

How are hotel rooms sanitized?
The rooms staff of Hotel Doria sanitizes the room at each guest change with the use of certified cleaning products or other physical means such as dry steam. Natural air exchange and periodic sanitization of air conditioner filters is also guaranteed.



BEACH AND SEA

Can I swim in the sea?
Certainly yes, the salt water bath is really recommended for its beneficial properties on the body, for the natural disinfection of the saline environment and for the very high degree of dilution guaranteed by sea water. It should be noted that the Gulf of Tigullio also boasts the assignation in 2020 of numerous Blue Flags, synonymous of sea with spotless water and maximum attention to safety.

What is the distance between private beach umbrellas?
Each umbrella must have 10 square meters available

What is the distance between the beach facilities?
A minimum distance of 1.5 m must be guaranteed between beach equipment (sun beds, deck chairs).

Are there sanitizing products on private beaches?
Sanitizing products are available for guests and staff in several places.

Is it possible to reserve the position on the private beach?
Yes, our booking service can give you all the necessary information

Are there special rules in free beach areas?
No, the same rules apply as for private beaches.

What is the distance to maintain between my beach equipment and that of the neighbours?
Personal equipment (sunbeds, deck chairs, etc.) must be placed at least two meters away from neighbours.



COMMON SANITARY SERVICES

How are toilets to be used and how are they sanitized?
Dispensers with sanitizing hydro-alcoholic solutions for hand hygiene are available in the toilets. The constant sanitization of surfaces, contact parts and sanitary fixtures, carried out by our staff, together with the natural circulation of air, guarantees the safety of users. However, we advise you to use the bathrooms in the common areas only if the use of your bathroom is not possible.

Have you implemented new payment methods at checkout?
Yes, we have foreseen an expansion of the payment stations to avoid guests having to wait. We placed the parapet barriers at the reception.
